Hourly billing rewards slow work and punishes efficient work — and you can't budget against it. Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope before anything starts, so the number you approve is the number on the invoice. If we scoped it wrong, that's our cost, not yours.

Travel outside Auckland, venue or drone permits, printing, and paid media. All quoted at cost with no margin added.

Weekend shoots add 15%. There's no surcharge for early starts or evening events within a booked day — events don't keep office hours and neither do we.

Half on acceptance to hold the date, half on delivery, both on 7-day invoices. Retainers and builds are invoiced monthly against the sprint schedule.

The first 30 minutes are free. After that we charge $220 per hour per crew member, agreed on the night rather than billed as a surprise.

Yes — builds over $5,000 can be split across three or four monthly invoices at no extra cost.

We keep two pro-bono projects a year for Auckland community organisations. Ask and we'll tell you honestly what's left.
