From $1,450 + GST for a half-day (up to four hours) and quoted per event for full days — crew, editing, same-night hero gallery, full delivery and a commercial licence all included. Nothing gets unbundled into a surprise line item later; send the date and venue and you'll have a fixed quote within two working days.

20–30 edited hero images the same night — uploaded before pack-down finishes, ready for LinkedIn, Instagram and press while the event is still current. The complete edited set follows within two to three working days.

You get a full commercial licence with no usage caps and no expiry: marketing, social media, press, internal comms, next year's event promotion — no per-use fees, ever.

A four-hour event typically delivers 150–250 edited frames; a full day, 400 plus. We cull hard rather than pad the count.

Yes — photography and videography from one crew on one booking, so the two don't get in each other's shots and you deal with one supplier, one invoice and one delivery. Videography starts from $2,900; see the videography page for what's included.

Yes — silent shutters, no flash during presentations, and we pre-agree where we can and can't stand.

Overtime is billed in half-hour blocks at the agreed rate, and we'll always check in before the clock starts rather than surprise you on the invoice.

Yes — anywhere in New Zealand. Travel outside Auckland is quoted at cost with the booking.
