Creative Co ("we", "us", "our") is an Auckland-based creative studio providing photography, videography, team headshots, 360 virtual tours, website design, web app development and business automation. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us — through our enquiry form, by email or in conversation — we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any details you share about your project (such as event dates, deliverables and budget).
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view, for security and performance. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party content
Some pages load fonts, images or embedded media from third parties (including Google Fonts, and video or tour players). When that content loads, those providers may receive technical request data under their own privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes;
- To deliver the services you engage us for and communicate about your project;
- To manage bookings, invoicing and our business records;
- To improve our website and services.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example our email and website hosting providers), or where required by law. Some of these providers store data on servers outside New Zealand; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable privacy safeguards.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
