AI automation, without the hype

Most of what an AI automation agency sells is actually plumbing: moving data between systems, firing the right email at the right time. We build that plumbing first. AI goes in only where it genuinely earns its place — reading an enquiry and deciding which of your team it belongs to, pulling line items out of a supplier PDF, drafting the reply a human approves.
